Responsibilities
- A food attendant at a barbecue stall is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing and serving food: cooking, grilling, or assembling barbecue items such as meats, vegetables, and sides for customers. Ensuring food is served hot and in a timely manner.
- Customer service: greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness: keeping the stall clean and organized, including cleaning utensils, grills, and surrounding areas to ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Handling cash and transactions: operating the cash register or POS system, processing payments, and providing receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; willing to learn in a fast-paced barbecue stall environment.
- Ability to work in a team, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
