• As a Food Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring a welcoming and clean environment. You will assist in the preparation and serving of tea, snacks, and other menu items, as well as maintain a smooth operation of the shop.
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the tea shop.
• Take customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Serve tea, snacks, and other beverages efficiently and politely.
• Ensure all customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the preparation of tea and other beverages according to the shop’s standards.
• Prepare snacks, cakes, and light meals as required.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages meets shop standards before serving.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 18 years old and above
• At least High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High
• Physically fit
• With experience is a plus or without experience as long as willing to be trained
• All genders are welcome
• Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality
