• Experience with Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, basic functions)
• Familiarity with ERP or purchasing software (Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Organized record-keeping of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices
• Attention to detail to prevent errors in documentation
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
