Job summary

Fresh N'Famous Foods Inc. - Chowking is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee Plant Building Utilities, ensuring reliable operation of electrical, water, and HVAC systems in a food manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of utilities with close collaboration across manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate holds a PRC-licensed engineering degree and at least 3 years in utilities or plant engineering within the food industry, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with PRC license.
Minimum 3 years of utilities, facilities, or plant engineering experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience with conveyors, steam boilers and auxiliaries, compressed air, wastewater and water treatment.
Experience in preventive maintenance planning and contractor supervision.
Onsite work in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

Lead operation, maintenance, and reliability of utility systems including boilers, electrical systems and wastewater facilities.
Manage CAPEX projects from planning through implementation and drive sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.
Lead utility technicians and third-party providers, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams and external utility agencies to address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Oversee spare parts management and SAP preventive maintenance programs.
