Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience with HVAC equipment, Ammonia Refrigeration, Welding, Automation, and PID control.
• Knowledge of maintenance on production and utility equipment; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 20 kg.
• Strong communication and stress tolerance.
• Willingness to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and utility systems.
• Gather specifications and data for preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Conduct corrective maintenance and analyze equipment failures.
• Suggest continuous improvements for production line efficiency.
• Ensure operating systems are in optimal condition.
• Prioritize safety and prevent Lost Time Accidents.
