Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting math.
• Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries.
• Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices.
• Great customer service skills to work with various clients.
• Knowledge of data entry for record keeping.
• General administrative skills, including managing emails and accounting books.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG Industry is a must!

• Analysis of Hanging Balance.
• Deposit Cash and Check Collections.
• Daily Deposit Report.
• Update on Collection of Due Invoices.
• Report on Analysed Hanging Balance.
• Report on Collection Documents and Series.
• Report on Status of Returned Check/Problem Accounts.
• DTS Clearing.
