Job summary

RAM-LINE RESOURCES, INC. is seeking a Collection Analyst in Davao City to support the development and implementation of collection policies. The role focuses on ensuring timely payments, posting client payments in ACUMATICA, and preparing AR aging reports.

The candidate will validate signatures, approve sales orders in the absence of the Assistant Manager, and coordinate with the Chief Accountant to confirm deposits while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Working knowledge in Acumatica or related accounting system
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Accurate, dependable and dedicated to completing tasks on time

Responsibilities

• Receive booking forms from the Assistant Manager and validate signatures upon payment
• Approve Sales Orders in the absence of the Assistant Manager, ensuring adherence to credit lines, terms, and conditions
• Facilitate tracing of customer deposits to prepare Collection Receipts and/or Acknowledgment Receipts
• Coordinate with the Chief Accountant to confirm deposit transactions
• Ensure collection of accounts receivable within approved credit terms to minimize delinquency
• Monitor and follow up on COD transactions and accounts requiring immediate payment daily
• Validate, encode, and post client payments in ACUMATICA and file Acknowledgment Receipts
• Prepare and distribute weekly Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and available credit lines to Sales Officers
• Conduct regular follow-ups on due and overdue accounts through calls or correspondence
• Maintain logs of all customer communications related to collections and prepare monthly documentation reports
