Handyman Do it Best Philippines is seeking a Division Merchandise Manager – Flooring & Bathroom to lead category growth across assortment planning, supplier management, sourcing, pricing, and inventory control. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• At least 5 years in category management, buying or merchandising.
• Experience in Flooring, Bathroom fixtures, sanitary wares, tiles and construction materials.
• Strong supplier negotiation, sourcing, pricing, assortment and profitability skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales, profitability and market growth.
• Manage end-to-end buying process including sourcing, supplier negotiations and pricing.
• Identify new products and suppliers within Flooring & Bathroom to expand assortment.
• Monitor sales, margins, inventory, and product performance with market analysis.
