SAN REN XIN 三人行 in Singapore is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support our restaurant team across multiple outlets, including Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction and Bedok Mall.

The role requires at least 2 years of F&B supervisory experience, strong customer service and cash handling. We offer meals and uniforms, health benefits, leave, and staff discounts. Applicants may call for inquiries and should be shortlisted for interviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years F&B experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends.
• 6 days work per week.
• Work location: Thomson Plaza, Bugis Junction or Bedok Mall.

Responsibilities

• Monitor setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining areas.
• Perform duties such as ordering, serving, clearing and setting tables.
• Coordinate food service between kitchen and service crew.
• Promote sales and be familiar with promotions and menu.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily sales reports.
• Constantly obtain customer feedback.
• Adhere to statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We have three outlets located at ThomsonPlaza, Bugis Junction and Bedok Mall.
