Job summary

Lalamove Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to source vendors, purchase goods, and manage supplier relationships. The role emphasizes negotiating terms, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliant records for a mid-length project in an onsite setup at PITX, Paranaque.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in procurement or logistics, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, organized approach to stay within budget and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Fleet, Logistics, or Operations.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Tower 2, Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Source reliable vendors, request quotes, and purchase goods that match quality and quantity needs.
• Source truckers with sufficient fleet count and request trucker rates.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and conditions and prepare contracts.
• Build a pool of reliable truckers and measure delivery performance; resolve delivery issues including billing.
• Keep accreditation and contracts, secure signatures with annexes.
• Ensure all purchases stay within budget and follow company policies and legal guidelines.
