Job summary

ATPI seeks a Fleet Service Senior Manager to lead the fleet operations, ensuring armored and operational vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for deployment. The role interfaces with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Security to optimize utilization and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in fleet management with 3–5 years in leadership, plus strong analytical and vendor-management skills to drive cost efficiency and safety across a large fleet.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of fleet management, automotive maintenance, transportation, or vehicle operations experience.
• 3-5 years of managerial or senior supervisory experience.
• Experience with armored transport, cash-in-transit, logistics, security transport, or similar industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fleet Service Department and provide strategic direction.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and readiness of ATPI vehicles.
• Develop and implement fleet maintenance policies and standards.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and budgets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Security, and other departments.
• Monitor fleet performance and drive reductions in downtime and costs.
