Job summary

EV Solutions Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Automotive After-Sales Officer to manage after-sales activities for the vehicle fleet and assets. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, service scheduling, and cost control to ensure vehicle availability for daily operations.

You will work with internal teams and external providers, secure quotations, monitor service quality, maintain records, and prepare reports to support fleet reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive after-sales, fleet management, or service coordination, including maintenance scheduling and service documentation.
• Strong skills in vendor and service-provider management, negotiation, and cost control related to vehicle parts, repairs, and warranties.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and relevant local regulations.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic fleet or maintenance management software for record-keeping and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling multiple service requests and records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, drivers, mechanics, and external partners.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor key performance indicators, and propose practical solutions for improving fleet reliability and reducing costs.
• Completed bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or training in automotive service or fleet management are an advantage.
