• Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration, and effective communication, while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals.
• Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies, including forecasting and capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
• Interface with leaders to understand the fast‑changing business needs and make updates where necessary.
• Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team.
• Coordinate with third‑party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E‑commerce, Logistics field under a Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management role.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
