Elev8 Holdings, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Fleet Officer to oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle dispatch, maintenance scheduling, fuel monitoring, and fleet-card administration, while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and service providers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field and 2–3 years of fleet-management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or vehicle administration.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, dispatch coordination, and transportation regulations.
• Experience in fuel monitoring, fleet card administration, cost tracking, and record management.
• Understanding of vehicle registration, insurance requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management or GPS monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and practical knowledge of vehicle operation is advantageous.
• Willing to travel and conduct field inspections as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch, driver assignments, and transportation requirements.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, trip records, and fleet availability.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing.
• Ensure vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer Fleet Cards, including issuance, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Track fuel consumption and investigate unusual transactions or discrepancies.
• Maintain fleet records, including history, maintenance logs, and vendor info.
• Prepare reports on fleet utilization, costs, fuel consumption, and performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, vendors, and service providers for timely support.
• Monitor driver compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Support audits, investigations, and cost-optimization initiatives.
