Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation Sugar and Renewables is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant's vehicle fleet operations and maintenance programs. The role emphasizes safeguarding safety standards, coordinating repairs, and ensuring reliability to support plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in automotive maintenance with supervisory exposure, plus strong leadership and diagnostic skills to drive efficiency and cost-effective upkeep of equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in managing fleet operations and maintenance.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Fleet Operations Management: Oversee daily Motorpool operations and scheduling of repairs.
Develop Maintenance Strategies: Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule preventive and corrective actions; supervise technician work quality.
