Indie Campers is seeking a Fleet Expert to bridge fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service, and sales. You will guide repairs, document technical knowledge, and support on‑road troubleshooting to improve vehicle availability and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have engineering background and hands‑on RV/vehicle experience, with strong communication and analytical skills to drive cost‑effective fleet decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with RV, campervan, fleet or workshop repairs and networks.
• Ability to assess vehicle condition, manage repairs and work with repair networks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical bridge across fleet, mechanics, operations, customer service and sales.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, body, and electrical issues across the fleet and guide repair solutions.
• Develop and maintain damage trees, manuals, SOPs and guidelines for repairs and approvals.
