Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Transport Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of the Land Base Equipment fleet. You will coordinate daily transport activities, monitor vehicle movements, and collaborate with drivers, clients and suppliers to ensure timely, safe deliveries and cost control.

The role requires basic computer skills, Excel and email usage, plus strong organizational abilities and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate qualification.
• Transport experience preferred but not required (1 year preferred).
• Basic understanding of trucking and transport operations.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in Excel and email.
• Clear communication with drivers and customers.
• Organized and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trips and vehicle movements.
• Assign deliveries to available trucks.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, suppliers on schedules and updates.
• Assist in monitoring drivers and helpers.
• Promote safe-driving and proper cargo-handling practices.
• Support fleet availability, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency.
