Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Design, Plan & Coordinate specialist to review and draw up fixture layouts and budgets, and to initiate orders for store fixtures. You will render new fixture designs based on space planning head's drawings, request quotations, prepare ordering approvals, and inspect delivered fixtures and on-site installations to ensure upkeep across stores.

This role also involves coordinating with suppliers and store teams to maintain visual standards and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Architecture, licensed or non-licensed.

Responsibilities

• Draw and render new fixture designs and layouts based on conceptual drawings of the space planning head.
• Request quotations based on design specifications and quantity required.
• Prepare the fixtures requests for approval to initiate the ordering process.
• Check quality of fixtures delivered & review actual fixture installations on-site; periodically check upkeep of existing stores.
