The position focuses on accurate fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and reporting in line with US GAAP and Local GAAP/IFRS, working with cross-functional teams onsite.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with 5+ years in Fixed Assets Accounting, and have hands-on SAP ECC 6.0

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Fixed Assets Accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP ECC 6.0 FI-AA experience required.
• Strong PP&E/Fixed Assets accounting knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional/international teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fixed asset records per Corporate Accounting Policies.
• Capitalize fixed assets based on CAPEX budgets with proper cost center usage.
• Ensure PPA adjustments align with US GAAP entries.
• Record depreciation per US GAAP and Local GAAP.
• Process asset transfers timely under US GAAP and Local GAAP.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support period-end close and financial reporting for fixed assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on asset transactions.
• Identify opportunities to automate fixed asset processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
