Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) Accountant in Pasay City for an onsite night shift. You will maintain fixed assets across global entities, calculate depreciation, and ensure proper capitalization while supporting audits and month-end processes.

The role requires 4–6 years in asset accounting, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics). Fluency in cross-border coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years in general or fixed asset accounting in a multi-regional/multi-currency setting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP relating to fixed assets.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Manage month-end close timetables, prepare audit schedules, and reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed asset ledger and track assets across global entities.
• Calculate monthly depreciation and amortization; reconcile subledgers to GL balance sheet accounts.
• Review CIP and project costs to apply capitalization policies and identify exceptions.
• Process asset retirements, sales, transfers, and test for impairments or obsolescence.
• Support audits, month-end/year-end close, and insurance reporting.
