Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Fixed Asset Personnel to manage and safeguard company assets across offices, warehouses, hubs, and operations. You will maintain FAR, verify inventories, and coordinate asset movements with Fleet, IT, and Operations teams.

The role involves asset tagging, lifecycle monitoring, regular physical inventories, and supporting audits with comprehensive documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years in fixed asset management or inventory control.
• Experience in courier, logistics, or delivery companies is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with inventory management or ERP systems (EAM preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills; high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
• Tag, record, and monitor fixed assets through their lifecycle.
• Process acquisitions, transfers, disposals, retirements, and write-offs.
• Track asset location, condition, and accountability.
• Coordinate asset movements among departments and hubs.
• Conduct regular asset inventories and audits.
• Prepare variance reports and corrective actions.
• Support audits with asset records and documentation.
• Suggest improvements to asset tracking and inventory controls.
