Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, gym/studio operations, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with sales targets and following up on leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Handle member inquiries, bookings, and membership matters.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into members.
• Drive studio sales, membership growth, and retention targets.
• Manage staff schedules and coordinate with coaching team.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Prepare regular studio updates and reports for management.
• Support local marketing, promotions, and community events.
