XR&J Fitness Corp. is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to promote Anytime Fitness memberships, greet prospects and convert interest into memberships. You will contribute to rebuilding the club's client base and welcome members to a fresh fitness experience.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in fitness membership, retail, real estate, insurance, automotive, telecommunications, or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with different types of people.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Anytime Fitness memberships and related services.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, and other sales activities.
• Conduct club tours and explain membership options, facilities, and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
• Assist in membership events, promotions, and other club activities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
