Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be certified in EMS NC II Training.
• Must have completed Trainers Methodology 1 Training.
• Holder of a National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC).
• With relevant experience in First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first aid and emergency response training sessions in accordance with approved standards.
• Develop and prepare training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
• Demonstrate proper first aid techniques, including CPR and basic life support.
• Assess participants’ performance through written and practical evaluations.
• Ensure all training equipment and materials are available and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and certification documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest first aid guidelines and training methodologies.
• Promote safety awareness and best practices during training sessions.
