Palmer-Asia Inc. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead fire and security systems projects in the Philippines from award to completion. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage schedules, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with safety and client requirements.

The role emphasizes documentation, close-out activities, and effective communication with clients and contractors. A engineering degree and 3–5 years' experience are preferred, with licenses or PM certifications being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, and engineering.
• Knowledge of fire and security systems and related standards.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Professional licenses or certifications in PM or fire/security systems are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project personnel to ensure timely, compliant installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee technical implementation, ensuring compliance with plans, standards, and client requirements.
• Monitor costs and budget utilization, coordinate financial requirements and variations.
• Coordinate procurement and availability of materials, equipment, manpower, and tools.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of project activities.
• Communicate with clients and contractors, provide updates, manage expectations.
• Maintain project records, reports, and turnover documentation.
• Oversee project close-out, including punch-lists, final testing, and warranty coordination.
