Job summary

XYFER Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for Fire Suppression in the Metro Manila area. The role involves designing fire suppression systems such as sprinklers and FM-200, and performing hydraulic calculations to support project proposals.

The candidate will prepare material take-offs and cost estimates, ensure alignment with NFPA standards and the Philippine Fire Code, and provide technical support during site implementation and inspection. A licensed PE and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC) is required or eligible.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical or fire suppression systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and fire safety codes is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation tools/software is required.
• Strong computation, technical documentation, and project coordination skills are needed.

Responsibilities
