Job summary

GCash is seeking a high-impact Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee compliance programs across GXI, including AML risk management. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams to interpret regulations, assess processes, and report on regulatory developments to senior leaders.

Ideal candidates will have managerial experience in regulatory compliance within financial services, a strong AML background, and comfort presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance or Regulatory Risk management at a managerial level within financial services.
• Experience in managing compliance programs.
• AML experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain regulatory obligations tracker for GXI and assess programs to ensure compliance with regulations and GXI policies.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to interpret and implement regulations.
• Prepare and provide reports to leaders on regulatory developments and audit findings remediation.
• Assist in managing groups/units within the GXI group (e.g., Compliance Testing or AML teams).
• Contribute to team goals, provide training, and support performance management.
• Communicate and present to senior management; familiarity with agile working methods desirable.
