Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (preferred).
• 2+ years in SaaS or fintech product management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, feature prioritization, and user-centric design.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
• Experience or willingness to use AI tools for documentation and idea generation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust to evolving market demands.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize solutions and feature sets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Tech, Product, CTO, etc.) for implementation.
• Participate in sprint planning, ensuring the dev team understands priorities and scope.
• Analyze user feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Oversee timelines and track feature performance and delivery.
• Uphold quality and compliance standards as part of our Information Security Management System.
