Job summary

The Chief Technology Officer role with Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc is embedded in Cavite’s financial services landscape. You will lead the technology strategy for digital banking and fintech initiatives, directing engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms and set enterprise and cloud architecture standards for future growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing and executing technology strategy for digital platforms.
• Proven capability in engineering leadership across complex technology environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital banking, fintech and enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevSecOps and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience applying Agile methods to technology planning and delivery.
• Knowledge of AI applications and their use in technology-enabled services.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and address regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the technology strategy, aligning digital banking and fintech priorities with business goals.
• Lead engineering teams to build secure, scalable and reliable technology products and platforms.
• Define enterprise architecture and cloud architecture standards that support future business requirements.
• Embed DevSecOps practices across delivery workflows to improve release quality, security and speed.
• Strengthen cybersecurity controls to protect systems, customer information and digital services.
• Guide the practical use of AI solutions that improve digital banking capabilities and operational outcomes.
• Use Agile delivery practices to manage priorities, improve visibility and deliver technology initiatives.
• Work with key stakeholders to align technology decisions, manage priorities and support regulatory compliance.
