Job summary

ATOMIT Corp. is seeking a sharp Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery in the FinTech/payments space. You will translate client requirements into scalable software, collaborate with delivery teams and external clients, and drive end-to-end project success.

You will document SRs, user stories, and change requests while aligning with Agile practices, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Banking and finance or merchant payment systems experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, SE or equivalent.
• Experience with Use Cases, Scenarios, User Stories and DFDs.
• Proven agile experience documenting user stories across projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client models and project scopes to suggest efficient delivery.
• Gather requirements and produce SRS, manuals, change forms, and user stories.
• Bridge client needs with internal tech capabilities and resolve gaps.
• Create standards and docs; train internal teams and clients.
• Support RFPs, build POCs and deliver live demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance, audits, and end-to-end customer acceptance.
