Job summary

GCash is seeking a licensed CPA in the Philippines to lead policy development and regulatory compliance for digital financial products. The role requires deep expertise in PFRS, BSP regulations, and reporting standards, with 5–8 years in accounting policy, technical accounting, or regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, and IT to assess accounting implications of new services and help train teams while supporting process automation.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA in the Philippines with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, e-money issuers, or payment service providers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, BSP regulations, and BIR/SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Policy Development & Implementation for digital financial products.
• Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring of BSP, BIR, SEC issuances.
• Technical accounting guidance for complex transactions and digital assets.
• Training Finance, Operations and Product teams on accounting topics.
• Support automation of financial processes while preserving policy compliance.
