Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a FinOps & ValueOps Operations Engineer in Metro Manila to support cloud cost automation, budgeting, and value tracking across multi-cloud and on‑prem environments. You’ll develop SOPs, automate cost workflows, and collaborate with AI/ML initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in financial operations or cloud cost management, Python automation experience, and knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure cost tools. Hybrid onsite days start after training; attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of validated experience in FinOps or cloud cost management.
• Hands-on automation scripts, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Python and AI-assisted tooling experience.
• FinOps Practitioner or cloud cost certification preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS Cost Explorer, GCP Billing Export, and Azure Cost Management is required.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks for automation, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
• Experience with tagging/labeling governance and cost allocation with Terraform preferred.
• Troubleshooting across cloud cost, billing, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to write and maintain SOPs and runbooks.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Support FinOps & ValueOps automation strategies across multi-cloud and on-prem.
• Evaluate cost automation systems and AI models to eliminate problems and improve.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge transfer for onboarding.
• Execute day-to-day FinOps & ValueOps tasks including budget guardrail monitoring and tagging remediation.
• Manage AI-driven cost automation and budget guardrail systems within a secure multi-tenant cloud.
• Provide engineering expertise for automation opportunities using AI/ML techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of FinOps, ValueOps, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
• Research emerging AI and FinOps tools and technologies.
