RealPage is seeking a FinOps & ValueOps Operations Engineer to automate cloud cost operations across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem environments. You will support budget monitoring, cost governance, and reporting workflows while updating SOPs and enabling knowledge transfer.

The role emphasizes AI-driven tooling, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial operations, cloud cost management, or IT operations in a global environment.
• Hands-on automation scripting, dashboards, and monitoring tools for hybrid environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling and cost governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support FinOps & ValueOps automation strategies, migration plans, and technical assistance for projects.
• Test and evaluate cost automation systems and AI models to improve operations.
• Develop SOPs and contribute to knowledge transfer for automation deployments.
• Execute day-to-day FinOps & ValueOps tasks, including budget guardrails and tagging remediation.
• Implement AI-driven cost automation in multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Provide engineering input for automation opportunities and maintain documentation.
