SPX Express is seeking a results-driven analytics professional to conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data within Financial Operations. You will identify process improvements and build structured business cases to address strategic challenges, while driving projects end-to-end with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment.

You will design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and surface issues, partnering with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data and resolve

• Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges


• Drive selected projects end-to-end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking


• Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues


• Partner closely with Accounting and Budget teams to reconcile data, address and resolve issues

• Excellent problem structuring and critical thinking skills

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret complex datasets


• At minimum, you should be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data, build reports, and solve problems


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings and influence stakeholders


• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity among cross-functional teams


• Experience in managing diverse teams to drive results
