Job summary

San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a fixed-term reliever to support poultry operations across Visayas through production planning, inventory monitoring, and logistics coordination.

You will ensure product availability, maintain accurate stock levels, and collaborate with Processing, Sales, and Logistics teams to meet service level targets and drive business objectives.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; MS Excel proficiency and SAP/ERP knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Management Accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience in production planning or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support supply continuity.
• Coordinate with Processing, Sales, and Logistics teams to align production schedules and deliveries.
• Track shipment movements and purchase order compliance to support service level achievement.
• Prepare inventory and service level reports and facilitate planning meetings to support operational and management decision-making.
