Qualifications

• Minimum 1 month of BPO/Call Center experience required.
• Education: high school graduate, college undergrad, or college graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
• Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to undergo account-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or other channels.
• Assist with account, billing, payment, and transaction concerns.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
