Responsabilidades

• Assist customers, clients, or internal stakeholders with inquiries involving banking, lending, mortgage, accounting, or financial services processes.
• Perform account research, data verification, reconciliation, and documentation in accordance with procedures and compliance requirements.
• Manage cases, requests, or transactions through various systems while ensuring timely resolution and service excellence.
• Identify discrepancies, escal complex issues when necessary, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service while working in a fast-paced financial operations environment.
