Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Financial Operations Associate in Taguig to assist customers, clients, or internal stakeholders with inquiries involving banking, lending, mortgage, accounting, or financial services processes. You will perform account research, data verification, reconciliation, and documentation.

You will manage cases and transactions across systems, identify discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining quality, productivity, and service excellence.
