Job summary

UBP Financial Services - Accounting and Bookkeeping Team (ABT) is seeking a FS Processor to handle booking of transactions, MC LOA processing, BANCNET AR crediting, BSS ISS tagging, and related tasks at the ACO Cebu Office.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SLA, and proactive involvement in process improvements while ensuring audit trails and compliance with BIR requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in postings.
• Ability to investigate and resolve reconciling differences.
• Trend and variance analysis for recurring issues.
• Identification of mis postings and process gaps.
• Consistent data validation and cross-checking of figures.
• Basic knowledge of BIR requirements (2307, VAT, EWT, DST).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bookings and related processes per SLA.
• Maintain zero operational losses by preventing fraud and errors.
• Address customer complaints/feedback promptly to clients' satisfaction.
• Follow established production processes, designs, and specifications.
• Improve productivity through process improvements and waste elimination.
• Monitor client inquiries and requests, ensure timely follow-up.

Job Summary

Responsible for the booking of transactions, MC LOA processing, BANCNET AR crediting, BSS ISS tagging, and other processes that may be assigned.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Accuracy and timeliness of services and process output based on Turn-around Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with business and/or process partners
• Zero Operational losses (no losses due to fraud, irregularities, negligence & errors)
• Complaint management (all customer complaints/feedback are immediately addressed to the satisfaction of clients)
• Adherence to established production processes, designs, and specifications
• Increased productivity in terms of processes improvements, cost reduction and waste elimination
• Monitors and follows through on client inquiries, requests, complaints
• Participation in testing of new products/service
• Proper implementation of new processes/reports/process improvements
• Safekeeping of records/reconciling or reports completed for audit trail
