Job summary

Northern Trust Corp. seeks a Tech Coord, Fin Reporting to join our Manila office. This role supports accuracy and timeliness in client accounting and financial reporting, coordinating team workflows and training as needed.

The successful candidate will handle complex financial tasks, mentor junior staff, and liaise with senior management on critical issues. A college degree or equivalent experience is required, with a strong focus on client accounting and discipline within a trusted global bank.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant Client Accounting work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the team/divisions' goals for accuracy and timeliness are maintained.
• Plans and manages the team workflow to accomplish critical tasks on time.
• Ensures that new procedures are effectively communicated and system training is administered where needed.
• Manages volumes of tasks to meet client deadlines.
• Escalates relevant and critical issues to management and all pertinent partners in a timely and efficient manner.
• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
• May interact with committees and/or Senior Management.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff.
• May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work.
