Job summary

Northern Trust Manila is seeking a senior financial analyst to handle complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for Technology Management. You will work with onshore staff and partners in Manila, ensuring accurate budget preparation, expense tracking, and performance insights for key business factors driving financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-location collaboration with North America, mandatory attention to detail, and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• CPA is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years in general and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, procurement, project management and analysis, and other relevant finance-related functional areas.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is a plus.
• 4-year degree in finance/accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
• Assist annual budgeting and forecasting with timely, accurate data for stakeholders.
• Process cost chargebacks and assist month-end close activities with reclassifications.
• Collaborate with North America-based partners for knowledge transfer and cross-location coordination.
• Develop and maintain expense reporting views for Technology Finance and related functions.
