Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, and provide in-depth financial analysis for management decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, 2–3 years in a supervisory role, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software (MYOB/SAP). Overtime and weekend work may be necessary during critical cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, GL management, budgeting, tax compliance, audit coordination and completion.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, or similar).
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; willing to overtime and work on weekends/holidays when needed.
