The role collaborates with internal teams to prepare monthly close, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting for School Leaders and Board Treasurers. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3 years of accounting or similar experience required.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update monthly payroll files and journal entries in Sage Intacct.
• Prepare and update passthrough expense files and reconcile with invoices.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports for School Leaders and Board Treasurers.
• Assist in updating state regulatory reports and AFR support.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
