Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree with CPA license required.
• At least 3 years supervising accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and monitor financial reporting staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and proper recording of transactions.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings.
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and strong Excel skills.
