Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, receipts)
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Process invoices, billing, and expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist during audits and provide required documentation
