Job summary

Millennium Business Services, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an accounting professional to support monthly closings, prepare journal entries, and analyze balances for accuracy. You will gather supporting documents and assist with statutory financial statements.

1-2 years of general accounting experience is preferred, and experience with external audits or accounting firms is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

About the Job

• Prepare journal entries and perform monthly closing of accounts
• Analyze account balances (booked in the correct month, accuracy of balances etc.)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and account details, and gather support documents
• Resolve issues with respect to auditor's requirements
• Prepare statutory financial statements and related notes

QUALIFICATION:

• B.S. Accounting/ Accountancy Graduate
• With 1-2 years experience in general accounting, including experience in the above responsibilities
• With experience in tasks related to external audit is an advantage
• With experience worked in audit or accounting firm is an advantage
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
