You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare financial statements, conduct bank reconciliations, ensure tax compliance, and assist auditors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues or inaccuracies
• Prepare financial statements and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to established financial guidelines
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including verifying invoices and monitoring outstanding balances
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and review financial transactions for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations by accurately calculating and filing tax returns
• Assist in preparing audit documentation and liaise with auditors during financial audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and implement best practices
• Provide financial analysis and insights to aid in decision-making and performance forecasting
