Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

What the day will look like

• Prepare Monthly Revenue Forecast
• Assist in the Preparation of Annual Plan
• Prepare Monthly Pre Close Estimates (PCE)
• Prepare Monthly Income Reconciliatione (ie. eGlobal vs Qlikview vs Workday/ TM1 Report)
• Process Monthly Revenue Accruals
• Coordinate closely with the Business Units/ Team leads on any update or developments in the forecast accounts to ensure consistency of revenue numbers
• Coordinate closely with the CPU Team to ensure accuracy of the revenue numbers
• Prepare/ update Forecast Templates
• Assist in the preparation of regional reports and local statutory requirements
• Respond to client servicer’s queries
• Other tasks that may be required from time to time

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or its equivalent
• With more than 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Good understanding of general accounting/ financial principles
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Superior attention to details
• Strong oral/written English communication skills required to interact with local and regional senior management and representatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos TM1, WorkDay and/or PowerBI would be advantageous
