Job summary

HR TechX Corp in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and accounting operations, delivering insights to drive performance.

You will lead month-end close, variances analysis, regulatory reporting, and collaborate with auditors and internal teams. A CPA/CFA/CMA or equivalent is advantageous; ten years in finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and financial analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modelling activities.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure effective financial controls.
• Oversee financial and regulatory reporting and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Manage month-end closing and key accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Review financial records and Balance Sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and contingency measures.
