Job summary

MaroonStudios Inc. is seeking a senior finance professional to partner with senior management, develop financial strategies, and provide regular reporting across the organization. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and the month-end close to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in finance, CPA preferred, strong Excel/ERP skills (SAP/QuickBooks), and proven leadership to mentor a team; onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in IT industry and 5–10+ years in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge in Google Sheets/Excel and ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring a team.
• Willing to report onsite.

Responsibilities

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
